Hollywood Love Boutique is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
We offer a no risk return policy.All returns are acceptable
if the product matches our guidelines below. Please read
below for Return Guidelines.
Exchange for same item
You may return any item that malfunctions due to defects
in materials or workmanship within 15 days of purchase.
Please contact us by email or phone to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After we provide
you with an RMA #, please send back the item within 10
days. The return item must include all it's original parts.
After we received your return item, we will exchange and
send you a new item.
Please note: If in these terms, we will cover all return
and shipping charge.
Exchange for another item
If the item is not what you expected or you are not satisfied,
please do not open and use the product. Contact us for
an exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please contact
us by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This exchange do not apply to DVD, VCD and
BOOKS. After we provide you with an RMA #, please send
back the item within 10 days. The return item must be
UNOPENED, and in UNUSED condition. After we received your
return item, you can exchange for the same or higher value
products.
Please note: If in these terms, customer will pay for
return and shipping charge.
Exchange for store credit
If the item is not what you expected or you are not satisfied,
please do not open and use the product, you can return
it for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Please
contact us by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This exchange do not apply
to DVD, VCD and BOOKS. After we provide you with an RMA
#, please send back the item within 10 days. The return
item must be UNOPENED, and in UNUSED condition. After
we received your return item, we will deduct $6.95 for
the previous shipping cost. Your item will be credit as
a coupon. You can apply this coupon for any future purchase.
The coupon only good for same user account, one time use,
and non-transferable to any other accounts.
Please note: If in these terms, customer will pay for
return and shipping charge
Important Return Guides Lines
- DVD, VCD and Books are not returnable
- Opened box, used, and non-defective sex toys are not
returnable
- Items are not returnable after 15 days of purchase
- We will not accept any return products with out a RMA
#
- Product with missing parts are not acceptable

for illegal activities. By agreeing to the conditions
